The base of sanctification
The book “The base of sanctification” (Asas al- Taqdis) is a work of the celebrated philosopher “Fakhr Razi”. It is written in Arabic, intending proving existence of God. The author attributes organs
(hand, eyes, ear…) to God, as well as the characteristics such as: anger, shame, trick… then he tries to explain all these characteristics.
The author
Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Umar Ibn Hossein Tabaristani Razi, also known as "Imam Fakhr", Ibn al –Khatib" ,"Fakhr Razi" and also "Imam al- Mushakkekin" (because he doubted about most of the philosophical subjects), a famous Iranian Sunni theologian and philosopher. He was born in 1149 in Ray –Iran and died in 1209.
He studied jurisprudence and Kalam and other Islamic sciences under his father and then studied under Majduddin Jili.
He wrote on medicine, astrology, physics, literature, history and law.
Fakhr Razi was from "Shafi'i" of Islamic law.
Razi's most major work is "The keys to the unknown" (his exegesis on the Quran) and his most important philosophical work is "Eastern discussions".

The book structure
The book includes 4 chapters as follows:
1- The reasons stating God is devoid of bodily aspect (possessing hand, eyes, ears…)
2- Commentary of the Hadiths and koranic explicit verses related
(The words such as: soul, Light, source (samad), veil, face, eye, hand)
3- The rule of the explicit verses of the Koran.
4- The view of former religions
