In the following koranic verses the terms “carrying off” “carrying away”, “gathering in” applied instead of “dying” meaning carrying off through human soul:
Whom the angels will carry away while they are harming themselves. (16:28)
Who the angels carry off while they are good persons (16:32)
God recalls souls at the time of their death, and those who have not died, during their sheep. (39:42)
He is the Irresistible, [reigns supreme] Above his servants! He sends guardians [to watch] over you so that whenever death comes for one you, our messengers will gather him in.
