Abul Hasan Rafiee Qazvivni

Seyyed Abul Hasan Rafiee Qazvini, eminent Iranian scholar and expert at intellectual and transmitted sciences. He studied philosophy in the presence of prominent philosophers “Kermanshahi” and “Ishkewari”. Rafiee also studied in the presence of “Ayatollah Haeri” (great scholar and the founder of Qom Hawzeh) and he himself started teaching the books: “Sharh –e Manzumeh” (Explanatoin of the versified story; written by mullah Hadi Sabzewari) and Asfar (written by mullah Sadra), great scholars participated in his classes.#### “Ayatollah Khomeini” (the former supreme leader of Iran) also studied in his spresence. Qazvini returned to Qazvin, therefore the students had to go to this city to study under him. But the last years of his life he was resident in Tehran. He died in 1974.
