The reasons leading man towards suffering and hardship

According to the Holy Koran and Islamic traditions, man is the one who creates suffering and hardship for himself by performing evil acts and not obeying God and his messengers. The koranic verses indicate how man can create hardship in his life:

1. We sent [word] to nations before you and seized them with suffering and hardship so that might act submissively (6:42)

2. whenever any trouble afflicts a man, he appeals to his Lord, showing his concern for him, then when he confers some favour on him from himself, he forgets what he had already been appealing to him about, and sets up rivals for God so he may mislead [people] from his way, say: “Enjoy your disbelief for a little while, you will [soon] be on inmate of the Fire!” (39:8)

3. Still we shall let them taste worldly torment rather than supreme torment, so they may yet turn back. (32:21)

4. Any disaster that happens to you will [occur] because of what your own hands have earned. Yet he overlooks a great deal. (42:30)

5. Every soul shall taste death. We will test you (all) with something bad and something good as a trial. Then to us will you be retuned. (21:35)

6. we shall  test you with a bit of fear and hunger, plus a shortage of wealth and souls and produce. Announce such to patient people.(2:155)
