Eschatology in the light of the Koran, prophetic Hadith, and intellect

The present book is a work of Ayatollah Sobhani, written in Arabic on recognition of Resurrection with regard to the Koran Hadith and intellect.

The author

Ayatollah Jafar   sobhani  Tabrizi ,contemporary Iranian scholar. Born in 1930,  in Tabriz into a religious family. He studied in Persian literature, the  books “  Nasaab al- sebyan” , Abwab al- Jenan “ (the  doors of paradise) , “ Mo jam History” in the presence of “ Mirza Mahmud Fazel”.  Then he continued  his studies  in “ Tableiyeh school”  in Tabriz he was trained into presence  of great scholars : Ayatollah  Ruhallah khomenini, sheikh Hasan Nahwi and Mirza Muhammad Ali Modems khiyabani  Ayatollah sobhani is the founder of “ the center of Islamic  theological studies” and also one of the great teachers in “ Qom seminary.

The book structure

The book includes 17 chapters as follows:

1- Resurrection in the early religions: Resurrection in the Old Testament, Resurrection in the New Testament, Resurrection in the Koran, the Koran and Resurrection in divine religions, the name of Resurrection in the Koran, etc.

2- The reasons stating necessity of Resurrection is necessary for divine justice, Resurrection proves that Creation is created on purpose, in Resurrection divine promises will be fulfilled, Resurrection is the symbol of divine compassion, and Resurrection is the end of human evolution

3-The reasons of those who deny Resurrection and the misgivings about Resurrection: Resurrection human is a difficult task, there is no reason for Resurrection, reviving the dead is a magic task, etc.

4- Celibacy of human soul: The intellectual reasons stating celibacy of soul, the Koran and celibacy and eternity of human soul

5-Reviving the dead in the early religions: Jesus revived the dead Reviving seventy of Moses' people, Reviving the companions of the Cave (Kahf). Etc.

6- Death, as a new life: why human is afraid of death, different kinds of death, etc.
