Joneyd Baghdadi

Sheikh Abu Ghasem Joneyd, the most celebrated Sufi in the 9 th century, of Persian origin, lived in Baghdad –Iraq.

He was a great devout scholar and theologian.
Joneyd was at the head and also and the most influential of Sufis.
He had many disciples who followed his manner.

In Sufi books, there are many stories on his miracles.
He died in 910 in Baghdad.
