Firoozabaadi

Abu Taher Muhammad, known as Mjd al-Din Firoozabadi (1328-1410), a famous Iranian lexicographer, born in Kazeroon (in Fars –Iran). He started his education in Shiraz, then travelled to Egypt, Yemen, Rome, New Delhi, Baghdad and Damascus, in order to continue his education. His main activity was lexicography, but he has also written some books about: history, Hadith and commentary.
