This book is one of the Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli’s works and writings. This book that its main addressee is to those who perform Umrah, derived from “A sip of Hajj wine” book (jor’ei az sahbaye Hajj) and with performed emendations and appendices in it, and sometimes with adding new subjects by Javadi Amoli, is about Hajj and Umrah, and like its original, is perfect compilation that explains everything from the beginning to the end of this trip.

####The biography of Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli
Ayatollah Abdollah Javadi Amoli was born in Amol Township in 1933A.D. (1312). His father and ancestor were islam preachers and held the Household in high esteem. Ayatollah Javadi Amoli after finishing the elementary school, entered Amol’s theological school in 1946A.D. (1325) and until 1950 A.D. (1329) had studied there. After that, he went to Mashhad’s theological school but because its seminarians (theological students) did not show any reverence for Mashhad’s great scholars, he left there and entered Tehran’s theological school. After entering to Marvi’s school, studied “Rasa-el” and “Makaseb”, then learned “kefayatol usul”, “rational and transmitted sciences” (ulume aghli and naghli) and after 5 years he left for Qom’s theological school and has been there up to now. One of his cultural services is “the establishment of “Esra” publishers and research Institution in 1993A.D. (1372). He was present in constituent assembly(majlese khobregan) of constitutional law and in the first and second period of constituent assembly of leadership. He also has been one of the teachers community members of Qom’s theological school and now he is in charge of prayer leader on Fridays of sacred township of "Qom".

His masters and friends: Ayatollah Azizollah Tabaresi, Mirza Mahdi Mohi Aldin Elahi Ghomshei, Ayatollah Burujerdi, Imam Khomeni and Allameh Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Tabatabai, etc. He has many works such as: Tasnim, The commentary of Noble Quran, thematic commentary of Noble Quran, Rahighe Makhtom, Asrar Al-Salat, Sahbaye Hajj, Vilayat-e faqih, etc.

The book structure:
This book contains 3 parts and 17 chapters as follow:
1-Part one:
The position and virtue of Umrah.
Chapter one: Tawhid(Oneness of God) visualization.
Chapter two: A brief account of Umrah virtues.

2-Part two:
Umrah’s places and rituals secrets
Chapter one: Umrah’s secret and its effects
Chapter two: wearing pilgrim’s garment(Ihram) at rendezvous(mighät).
Chapter three: The necessity of wearing pilgrim’s garment (Ihram) for entering the holy shrine.
Chapter four: The rules of entering to “holy mosque”(masjed Alharam).
Chapter fifth: Kaaba circumambulation (Tawaf).
Chapter six: Touching the “Black Stone”(hajarol asvad).
Chapter seven: Circumambulation(Tawaf) prayer in Abraham Shrine(maghame Ibrahim).
Chapter eight: Blessing to Zamzam water.
Chapter nine: Endeavor(sa’y or walking) between safä and Marwah.
Chapter ten: Shortening the hair and clipping the nail(Taghsir).
Chapter eleventh: End of Umrah.

3-Part three:
complement of umrah
Chapter one: complete umrah
Chapter two: logical(rational) and emotional relations with Household p.b.u.th.
Chapter three: The rule of presence
Chapter four: The banquet of the holy prophet p.b.u.h ( meaning those who perform the Umrah, are the guest of prophet p.b.u.h.

In the end of book, has been related the verses list, traditions, poems, proper nouns (a’lam), books and reference. This book has been printed and published by “Mash’er” publishers center in 2005A.D.(1384).
