Muhammad Ibn Hasan Sheybani

Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Hasan Sheybani, on of the Hanafites jurisconsults (Hnafites is one of the four Sunni sects and Abu Hanifeh was the leader of this sect). He was born in 191 in Waset – Iraq. Sheybani was educated in the presence of:
Abu Hanifeh
Sofyan Thowri
Awzaei
Malek Ibn Anas
Abu Yusuf Qazi ####
He lived in the reign of “Harun al – Rashid” (Abbasid caliph) and was appointed as the judge of the cities “Reqqeh” and “Khoarsan” by the caliph. Then he was deposed in 803.
